The goal of this session is to let yourselves fully relax, let loose with experimenting, and practice just being. We will do this by disconnecting from our mind and plugging into our body’s wisdom and innate creativity. Our creative genius will shine and you’ll be amazed at the beautiful abstract art you will create!

Above all, my hope is that these tools and moments bring lightness to your spirit and adds to your own creative practice or self love practice.

The materials required for this session are:

✨ pencils, pens, markers, crayons, paint, colored pencils, highlighters, white out… if it makes a mark, you can use it!

✨ A surface to make your marks on: notebook, notepad, sketchbook, computer paper, canvas, construction paper, back of a cereal box, old card, anything will work!

✨ A relaxing space, water to stay hydrated and a comfy fit that expresses your spirit!

No technical art skills necessary, simply, but most importantly, trust in yourself.
